As a generation, we cannot be complacent with the current efforts to address climate and environmental challenges. This concept redefines fashion by shifting production into our own homes, using existing materials rather than purchasing new ones. Creating clothing should be as intuitive as waste sorting—it should be mainstream.
This project presents a collection of 12 outfits, inspired by classic workwear and crafted from materials commonly found at home, such as tablecloths, curtains, fabric scraps, yarn, and single buttons. The collection is designed to be simple, versatile, and one-size-fits-all.
Throughout this project, I have focused on developing a cohesive collection with a strong thematic foundation, incorporating sustainable practices through material reuse and recycling. My process has included creating detailed tech packs in Adobe Illustrator, constructing and rendering 3D patterns in CLO-3D, and developing analog patterns for the final outfit.
